This course is relevant for nurses, carers, caterers, therapists and organisations helping people in the hospital and community who may be at risk of malnutrition or difficulty in swallowing. The aim of this training is to provide you with a better understanding of malnutrition or difficulty in swallowing in order for you to identify and manage these difficulties appropriately.
